I care

A department with the aim to provide care and support to those undergoing hardship in the UK, irrespective of their background. UKIM Sisters work closely with I Care and liaise on departmental projects.

I care Projects

Neighbours in Need

Distributing dawah packs and warm meals to neighbours. Celebrating occasions, such as Eid, with neighbours and essential workers (i.e. bin collection workers, NHS staff in hospitals)

Food Hubs

Distributing food parcels to individuals and families in need in the UK with the intent to help those who are in the most desperate circumstances. Sisters activity engage in food donations to food hubs

Qurbani distribution to the needy

Sisters actively donate for this cause and spread the message to encourage others to donate

Macmillan Coffee Mornings

These are held across the UK to spread awareness and collect donation for this cause. UKIM Sisters’ branches have conducted cancer awareness sessions as well as raised funds for Macmillan coffee mornings

Litter Pickup

Uniting to keep our Earth clean. We engage our youth and children in this project
